Our steam room is available to members after their work-outs and can accomidate up to 8 people at once. Crafted from Italian glass tiles, this room has ventilation and music. This is a great way to relax your muscles, and force the toxins out of your body by sweating for 15 or 20 minutes… It feels really great on these winter days…  And it moisturizes your skin to make it look fantastic!
